VENUES

We are lucky enough to have worked at many different types of venues, from luxury 5* hotels to rustic barns to Georgian mansions. Our extensive venue knowledge allows us to confidently source the perfect location for your event or wedding. We are delighted to say that we are the recommended event planners and stylists at the following list of wonderful venues, some of the finest in the South. If you are interested in hosting your wedding or event at any of the venues below, please do get in touch.

LIME WOOD

Lime Wood is a luxury 5* hotel in the heart of the New Forest, only available for exclusive use Weddings, allowing you to take the house over as you please. CASTERLEY BARN

Casterley Barn is a new Wiltshire venue set in the rolling fields of an Organic Farm. It’s owned by the Wookey family who have been farming at Rushall for four generations. They have a great passion for the beautiful Wiltshire countryside and want couples to have the most memorable experience at this magical location.

Event Director Rachel manages Casterley Barn, rest assured you are in very good hands with her leading the proceedings. She has a wealth of experience from the London events market and has meticulous attention to detail. A key element of the venue is that they generate their own electricity through roof-mounted solar panels feeding a battery array, while the under-floor and water heating is provided by an on-site biomass boiler. Casterley Barn has huge front aspect windows and vaulted ceiling, it has been designed to sit in harmony with the natural environment and to showcase the stunning simplicity of the surrounding countryside.

WARBORNE FARM

Warborne Farm offers a rustic, rural and relaxed base for a unique weekend wedding. Having the venue privately and being able to spend time with friends and family rather than just one day has proven to be a popular choice. The award winning organic farm can sleep up to 40 guests across their stylish accommodation, which showcases the perfect mix of imagination and craftsmanship.

In summer time the lawn lends itself perfectly for Champagne and games and the Lambing Barn provides an ideal canvas for you to add your own personal touch to your wedding reception. Why not set up on Friday, enjoy your celebrations on Saturday and reminisce about the day before with a BBQ or brunch on Sunday.

On top of this, it has fields a plenty for campers or glampers, with a separate catering site and guest toilets (and showers!). Warborne Farm really does offer everything you need for that genuine country escape.

THE GRANGE

The Grange is one of the most unique and exciting venues in Hampshire. Located only 15 minutes east of Winchester and 60 minutes south of London, it's set on the banks of Candover Brook.

The Grade I listed neo-classical country house sits within Grange Park, a 600 acre landscaped park. The house remains unoccupied and provides an incredible backdrop for wedding receptions, parties and events, both inside and outside in the gardens.

Public outcry saved The Grange from demolition in 1975, the inside see's crumbling walls teamed with magical features and complimenting chandeliers. It's crying out for the most creative and floral styling. This one is definitely sure to make your guests jaws drop.

HILL PLACE

We have so much love for Hill Place, a venue that we have been a part of for around five years now. Location wise, it sits in 20 acres of parkland in Swanmore, in the Meon Valley. The house is a true Georgian country villa with the most wonderful manicured gardens, filled with rose trees and masses of hydrangeas surrounding the front entrance, the perfect setting for a marquee reception. The house looks onto the apple orchard beyond as well as the owners horses and sheep. The house is available for intimate weddings for up to 60 guests, or larger groups can enjoy a marquee, taking in the stunning backdrop. As soon as you enter the house you walk in to the most beautiful sweeping staircase which leads through to the sun filled Morning Room, the Ceremony space. The Drawing Room provides a lounge fit for Royalty and the Dining Room has views of the gardens with huge panelled windows.

THE ORIENTAL CLUB

Tucked away at the end of Stratford Place in London, next to Bond Street, is this exclusive members club. If you’re in the know you may have heard, but it's opening its doors for the first time to four exclusive weddings each year and we are on hand to plan all four luxurious extravaganzas to the highest degree. For many, it will be deemed London’s best kept secret with its unbeatable and surprisingly serene location. At this hidden gem you’ll find the perfect mix of old and new, combining the best of a bygone era with a modern British spirit. On the ground floor there’s a huge  terrace (outside space and near Bond Street I hear you say?!), a billiard room, the dining room and a well-stocked library. On the first floor are numerous drawing rooms, one with blush pink ornate panelling, what could be better?

The Oriental Club will be available for exclusive use only.

THE BARNS AT LODGE FARM

The second we arrived we were greeted by the most warm and friendly host, Bryony. Hosting some 2018 weddings and launching fully in 2019, Bryony and her family are in the process of creating a venue that is sure to take the Essex Wedding Industry by storm. The best way to describe the farm is industrial chic with that rustic farm vibe. It boasts a collection of barns, consisting of a beautiful traditional timber frame barn (The Granary); a spectacular modern building which can be partitioned into sections or simply used as a single impressive social space (The Grain Store); a gorgeous outdoor area for mingling with friends (The Yard); and a lush paddock ready and waiting for glamping tipis, marquees, or an outdoor reception (The Field), The Barns provide a range of options for you to create your own perfect, bespoke event.

Only a stones throw from Epping, it's the ideal location for those travelling from London, Essex and surrounding counties. Bryony and her family are also in the middle of transforming some of the outbuildings into the most stylish accommodation.

It's also the host of the first Essex Bridal Bazaar in Autumn 2019 (eek, you read it here first!).

THE BARN AT AVINGTON

A new venue to the Hampshire scene and one of the few that allow you to stay at the venue for the whole week, the perfect opportunity for those who want to get stuck in and set up most of their wedding themselves with plenty of decor, or for those that want to spend an activity filled week celebrating with their nearest and dearest. The venue sits just on the River Itchen, with a romantic riverside, forest setting for Ceremonies and a contemporary white washed, industrial barn providing an ideal blank canvas. Friends and family can stay in the onsite cottages which sleep up to 12 guests, or soak up the British countryside at the glamping site. This venue also has an extra special hidden feature, an area called 'The Glade' which offers a remote country location for the newlyweds to escape to on their wedding night.

SOMERLEY

The two time host of our Bridal Bazaar, this breathtaking Georgian mansion is impressive, luxurious and most certainly appropriate for those that want to spend their wedding day in the most opulent surroundings. With the Hampshire Avon meandering through the 7,000-acre Estate, the Main House and its formal gardens are set in a prime position to take in glorious views across the parkland. The house can be hired complete with the use of nine spacious and individually styled bedrooms for guests or family groups, glamping is also available. Guests can enjoy the magnificent setting of the Picture Gallery for a sit-down wedding breakfast for up to 140, with the adjoining Drawing Room the ideal spot for dancing. The extensive grounds also allow for an unrivalled backdrop if you are a larger group (up to 300!) looking for a marquee wedding.
